Dr. Pacheco-Quinto received travel award from AAIC

Dr. Pacheco-Quinto presented his research findings in Alzheimer’s Disease at the AAIC meeting in Boston, July 13 – 18, 2013. His study shows that a failure in Aβ degradation in the endosomal/lysosomal pathway causes intracellular Aβ (iAβ) accumulation within lipid rafts and autophagic vesicles. This research is on-going.
