MidAtlantic Neonatology Associates (MANA) in collaboration with BRInj will host the 7th Annual neoFORUM conference June 5th and 6th. The conference is set to attract over 300 participants, researchers and neonatal care professionals, who will gather to discuss the most important issues affecting neonatal care.
This year’s event features leading experts in the field of neonatology, with a special emphasis on brain development and neurological injury. Topics include the nutritional impact to the developing brain, the latest computational and imaging techniques used to characterize brain development, alternative therapies to enhance neonatal growth and neurodevelopment, hypothyroidism and brain development, and mechanisms of brain injury. Conference attendees participate in break-out sessions, learn about cutting-edge treatment strategies, generate ideas for quality improvement initiatives, and present their own research.
